Oak Ridge Passive House
Project: CuddyQS provided quantity surveying services for this stunning one-off build in Co. Tipperary. Designed by Michael Bayly of StudioExe Architects, based in the UK. The foundation and envelope supplied and installed as a prefabricated house by Scandinavian Homes Ltd. The house is designed to be a Passivhaus and therefore required to achieve a thermal bridge free design and have a minimum airtightness requirement of 0.6 ach-1 @50Pa.
