University of Limerick B3 Labs
The project involved the upgrade, alteration and refurbishment works to 3 existing teaching labs within the University campus. Works were carried out in 3 separate labs/classrooms within a live University building and on a tight timeline, to ensure that classes could recommence on site. Energy efficiency improvements were incorporated into the refurbishment. Included renovation to the building fabric and services, modernisation of the labs and teaching spaces
