The conversion from 1 bedroom units to 2 bedroom units involves thoughtful redesign and layout optimization to maximize space utilization and functionality. Each refurbished unit is equipped with modern amenities and finishes, ensuring comfort, convenience, and quality of life for residents.
Extensive fireproofing upgrades are implemented to enhance the fire safety of the residential building and mitigate the risk of fire-related hazards. Measures such as the installation of fire-resistant materials, compartmentation systems, fire doors, and smoke detection systems are employed to meet or exceed regulatory requirements and ensure the safety and well-being of residents. Fireproofing works are meticulously executed to minimize disruption to residents and preserve the architectural integrity of the building.
Energy-efficient upgrades are incorporated to improve the thermal performance of the building envelope and reduce heat loss, resulting in lower energy consumption and utility costs for residents. Measures such as insulation installation, window replacements, and air sealing are implemented to enhance thermal comfort and indoor air quality while reducing carbon emissions and environmental impact.
