Alterations & Upgrade Works to Bay 89.1, Shannon Free Zone
The works involve the change of use of Bay 89.1, Shannon Free Zone West, from office accommodation to a restaurant and an upgrade of the building and ancillary services. It also included for revisions to the existing car parking allocation. The total building area is approximately 355.m2
The scope of works included:
– Reconfiguration of the existing elevations to provide increased glazing,
– Construction of a structural steel external canopy with flat roof,
– Construction of a roof level plant enclosure,
– Provision of outdoor paved seating area, bicycle parking and reconfigured car parking,
– All ancillary site works and service alterations.
