Relocation of the Fab Lab to the Former Dunnes Stores Building on Sarsfield Street, Limerick. Included installation of new partition walls, glazed screens and associated doors, floor and ceiling finishes and M&E upgrades. Construction of a new universal access entrance to the existing Dunnes Stores site at Honans Quay, Limerick.
