Melview Nursing Home
The project comprised of the construction of 64-bedroom extension to the existing Nursing Home in Clonmel, Tipperary, together with the refurbishment of the existing Melview House protected structure into offices, dayrooms and ancillary spaces. Construction of a new three storey extension with a floor area of 2,732 m2 (29,407 ft2).
Included full strip out and upgrade of all existing mechanical & electrical services.
Our brief was to provide full quantity surveying services from preliminary design stage, through detailed cost estimates, tender documentation, on-site cost control and final account settlement.
