Lioncor Developments

Lioncor is an Irish residential property development company delivering new homes nationwide. Lioncor Construction was then established in 2020 to provide construction services to Lioncor and is currently delivering new homes across Dublin, Cork and Limerick.

CuddyQS have provided QS & Project Monitoring Services on the following projects for Lioncor Developments:

– Taney Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14: 
The Nurseries is an exclusive development, located on Taney Road in Dundrum. The project consisted of the construction of 34 large homes and was completed in 2020.
These luxurious A Rated homes are a mix of 4 bed detached and semi detached. High specification build includes german style kitchens, underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, solar panel energy and electric car chargers.

– Slí na Craoibhe, Galway: 
Slí na Craoibhe, an exciting new development of 76 Houses & Duplexes spaciously designed three and four bedroom homes in a beautiful location on the western edge of Galway City. Located in an established suburban area, Slí na Craoibhe is situated on the Clybaun Road in Knocknacarra at its intersection with the Rahoon Road and is approx. 5km west of the City Centre.

– Walkers Road, Castletroy, Limerick: 
Lioncor have been active in the property market in Limerick over the last 24 months with the development of the Castlebrook Manor estate situated on Walkers Road in Castletroy. This new phase of 51 houses adds to to the existing stock of 82 homes which are all reserved and nearly entirely occupied. We are delighted to see our colleagues in Lioncor Construction working hard on site and we look forward to delivering the show house at “The Edge” at Castletroy later this year.

– Cappagh Road, Galway: 
Léana Theas is boutique development located on the Cappagh Road in Galway. Situated near Cappagh Park, this project consisted of the construction of 22 homes and was completed in 2020.
The A Rated homes are a mix of 4 bed detached, 4 bed semi-detached and 1 & 2 bed duplexes. The homes are between 1400 to 1990 sq ft. with duplexes between 560 to 930 sq ft.
