Fit Out of 2nd and 3rd floors of an existing building to provide call centre and office facilities for ARISE Europe. The project comprised of the fit-out of 2500m2 office, to Grade A standard from a shell and core state.
CuddyQS were engaged as Quantity Surveyors for the project and provided full Cost Management and Project Cost Engineering advice services.
