The project involves the construction of 28No social housing units, including all associated site works and services at Errigal Heights, The Glen, Cork.  The gross floor area of each unit type are as follows:
Type 1 – 87sqm (937sqft)  – 20no in total
Type 2 – 99sqm (1,060sqft) – 6no in total
Type 3 – 79sqm (850sqft) – 1no in total
Type 4 – 93sqm (1,000sqft) – 1no in total

Total – 2,506sqm (26,974sqft) – 28no in total
