Including full strip out and upgrade of all existing mechanical & electrical serviced. The floor area is approx. 28,000 sq/ft which includes the provision of a 10,000 sq/ft Clean Room.

The works forming the subject matter of this contract involves the construction/fit out of a new facilities at, unit 37A and 37B, Shannon Freezone, Co Clare. Works will comprise of construction of new partitions walls including any required steel framing for support, construction of new plant room above the canteen, installation of ceilings, chasing and reinstating the RC floor for new drainage runs and all other Architectural and M&E items. The project was completed for Edward Lifesciences, a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations, who set us exacting standards and ‘hard’ deadlines in the Shannon Free zone. This project is one of the latest developments as part of the ambitious programme in Shannon (by Shannon Commercial Properties) to deliver significant new advanced manufacturing, warehousing and office space solutions at Shannon Free zone to support the drive for inward investment into the region.
