Phase 1 – Approx €2m

Refurbishment & Upgrade Works at Dunnes Stores, Douglas Court Shopping Centre, Douglas, Cork.

The project involves demolition and strip-out works, including lift installation, mezzanine floor installation and services installation/upgrade works as detailed in the Architect’s, Engineer’s, Services Engineer’s and Fire Consultant’s drawings and specifications.  The gross floor area of the existing shop floor and stock room areas is 8,300 m2 (89,342 ft2).

Phase 2 – Approx €5.8m

The works comprise demolitions/strip-out work, refurbishment and upgrade works, new ceiling to store and fire ceiling to the underside of grocery mezzanine stockroom floor, refurbishment and alterations of first-floor staff accommodation areas, and fit out of concessions, bakery, deli, fish, sushi, butchers, etc, services installations/upgrade as set out on the Architect, Structural/Civil Engineer, Services Engineer’s and Fire Engineer’s drawings and specification
