– Clonburris, Dublin 22: Planning secured for 1st phase of 569 new homes. Located on the Dublin-Kildare railway line and the Grand Canal, Clonburris is a new town in the Dublin suburbs just 13km from both the city centre and Dublin airport, and a 5-minute drive from the M50. When complete, Clonburris will deliver more than 9,000 new homes for up to 25,000 new residents, including a substantial number of Social & Affordable new homes. Cairn was granted full planning permission in August 2022 for the first phase of the Clonburris development, and the construction of 569 high quality, energy efficient new family homes, incorporating 173 houses, 148 duplexes and 248 apartments, began in January 2023.

– Coolagad: Large elevated site located to the north of Greystones. A masterplan for circa 600 homes is currently being progressed for this site

– Rahoon, Galway: This development of mainly housing will be located on Rahoon Road to the west of Galway City.

– Craddockstown. Naas, Co. Kildare: 251 Houses.

– Castletroy, Limerick: The development comprises 226 houses, duplexes and apartments which will deliver to the market in 2024.

– 6 Hanover Quay: 120 apartments over 8 storeys, as well as restaurant, gym and cafe space. Six Hanover Quay project was the winner of the Irish Green Cities Award 2021.
