Demolition of an existing office area with a replacement and new two-story extension office building to the front of an existing manufacturing unit with all ancillary landscaping and associated site works. The works take place in a “live” environment where the existing production facilities are in full operation.
Remove isolated areas ‘pockets’ from existing cladding and connect new steel beams at these locations. These openings will be Temporarily weathered by the main contractor to prevent any ingress of water or wind to the existing facility. Facility remained live and in a weather-tight envelope for the duration of works.
