E.I Electronics Office & Production Building

Project: The project involves the demolition of an existing service yard and carparking area in order to facilitate the construction of a two-storey extension to the existing production facility, along with office, entrance foyer and R&D areas constructed over 3 levels.

Warehouse Extension to Bay Q, Raheen, Limerick

Project: The project involves the proposed construction of a new warehouse building of circa 30,000ft2, new loading docks and all associated siteworks on a 1.126 hectare site, located at Bay Q, Ballycummin Avenue, Raheen Business Park, Raheen, Co Limerick. The existing property comprises of a warehouse section with parapet of block cavity wall construction. The warehouse roof panels are supported on steel trusses and internal concrete columns with concrete floors throughout.

The warehouse is served with a loading bay to an existing enclosed concrete yard. The office sections are built in a block cavity wall with brick façades and parapets formed in metal cladding. Concrete floors with metal stud partitions and suspended ceiling throughout the office areas.

Future Mobility Campus Ireland (FMCI)

Project: Future Mobility Campus Ireland (FMCI) was founded with the sole purpose of creating and delivering future mobility testbed facilities for stimulating research, development and innovation in the area of Autonomous Connected Electric Shared Vehicles (ACES), including Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) in Ireland. The testbed will be located in the Limerick-Shannon metropolitan area at Shannon Free Zone, Shannon, Co.Clare.
